My personal experience, he’s personally dropped my off AND picked me up from my house. He’s come to my house to diagnose a problem before advising me to tow the vehicle to his shop. He took a look at the car, determined what was wrong and called me with an estimate. I live in San Luis Obispo so did not have much choice in the matter so allowed him to go ahead and fix the car. He gave me $50 off for being a AAA member, had all the parts in stock and alerted me of issues (not needing fixing) that the car had. He was very professional and the pricing was fair.
